Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
After your 14-day free trial ends, you'll be prompted to select a paid plan to continue using RedDash. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry, giving you time to export or upgrade. We'll send reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before your trial expires.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store any card details on our servers.
